This listed building had been partly rennovated by a previous owner, but using inappropriate building techniques while other parts were still badly in need of repair. The building had also been altered without listed building consent, with the new owner made responsible for validating the alterations and returning other parts to their origional forms.
Rhys Llwyd Davies was the architect and agent for the restoration of the building, which also involved certification for grant funding. The project was completed in Spring 2009 and included a new roof, replacement roof lights, window repairs and re-pointing with lime mortar.
